“No time” is the number-one excuse for why we don’t work out. So on Daylight Savings, the one special day of the year with 25 hours instead of 24, we’re giving everyone everywhere a free workout to prove there is always time if you just know where to look.

A Free Workout?

It’s simple.

Exercise is the most important source of health and happiness that we have in life.

But it’s also usually the first activity we cut from our schedules when we feel like life is getting too busy. And with all the distractions of the modern world, it’s easy to feel really, really busy all the time.

The 25th Hour is our reminder to you that “not enough time” oftentimes has more to do with how we prioritize our time than it does with how many hours there are in the day.

In other words, enough time to exercise exists if you look for it.

And we’ll do everything we can to help you find it.
